I feel I should include the disclaimer that the people in the video are in the advanced class and most of what I do is climbing on boxes or over boxes, not launching myself through hoops or swinging from bar to bar.
Still is fun though.
Also, credit goes to new Sarah at work who took a class and really talked it up to me and wrdnrd who encouraged me to sign up for a membership so it would get me exercising on a schedule again (and I think the hope also was I would engulge my monkey tendancies at the gym and not, say, walking around the neighborhood).
