Oh hey, I made a mix!

After years of receiving mixes from Cabell at WisCon it finally came about that I managed to make a mix of my own in time, but then only managed to give it to my roommates (one of whom I live with). But hey, I'll share it with you here and if you want a copy feel free to bug me.

Also, I made an awesome album cover using art I'd saved for years from a weekly paper, but I'm too lazy tonight to upload it.

General: I feel the second half has a little more narrative cohesion whereas the first half, But maybe I'm being a little too pretentious about a mix CD.

12. The Girl Who Was Born Without a Face - Schoolyard Heroes (a defunct Seattle band I like, mainly because they sing songs like this)

14. One Fine Day - Moonpenny Opera (Wrdnrd bought a CD off them when they were busking on the street, but they're better known as part of the Circus Contraption Band)

I'm also pleased that Cabell and Don's wedding mix was science themed yet we only overlapped with two songs.

It still cracks me up that i am THE top listener of El Destroyo on Last.fm. "If you like El Destroyo, you might like Django Reinhardt!!" Hint: Probably not. ;)
